The first 300 homes are due to be delivered by March 2021 together with new infrastructure through the development area.

The Gateway Centre building at Lomond Shores is currently undergoing a transformation to become The Shore, Loch Lomond. The Shore is a brand new facility offering a stunning Restaurant, Event Space and Spa Facilities. Work is underway to launch this great new venue in late summer 2017.
