Our latest project for the University of Glasgow has started on site. We are delighted to be providing full Cost management services on the fantastic Grade A listed Pearce Lodge building which has a fascinating history.

Our recently completed project for Renfrewshire Council, a new publicly-accessible specialist museum store facility for the collections of Renfrewshire Council Arts & Museums service, opens its doors on Paisley High Street. Scotland’s first high street museum store, we are delighted to have provided a traditional pre and post contract QS service where full Bills of Quantities were prepared for all elements of work including all mechanical, electrical and specialist services installations. The works had a Construction period of 13 months with completion programmed to coincide with the collections moving into the new refurbishment space. The works were successfully delivered within budget.
