The Gateway Centre building at Lomond Shores is currently undergoing a transformation to become The Shore, Loch Lomond. The Shore is a brand new facility offering a stunning Restaurant, Event Space and Spa Facilities. Work is underway to launch this great new venue in late summer 2017.

Well Done Heather: RICS Scotland Student Awards
Our Heather McIntyre’s dissertation has won the Quantity Surveying and Construction category of the RICS Scotland Student Awards. This is a competition that the RICS runs every year and involves all the four Scottish Universities (Heriott-Watt, Napier, GCU and Aberdeen) that run construction related courses including real estate submitting the best student dissertations under various categories.
