Following our recent annual external audit by BSi on our Quality and Environmental Management System, we are delighted to note our continued certification to both ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.
November 2017 : Renfrewshire Council Arts & Museums service
Our recently completed project for Renfrewshire Council, a new publicly-accessible specialist museum store facility for the collections of Renfrewshire Council Arts & Museums service, opens its doors on Paisley High Street. Scotland’s first high street museum store, we are delighted to have provided a traditional pre and post contract QS service where full Bills of Quantities were prepared for all elements of work including all mechanical, electrical and specialist services installations. The works had a Construction period of 13 months with completion programmed to coincide with the collections moving into the new refurbishment space. The works were successfully delivered within budget.
October 2017 : Broomhill Gardens and Community Hub
Armours are delighted to have been part of the team providing QS and PD services on this fantastic project designed by @INCH ARCHITECTURE & DESIGN .The initiative undertaken by Inverclyde Association for Mental Health and residents, and designed by Inch Architecture and ERZ Landscape Architects, has seen the transformation of two derelict brownfield sites into a horticultural training facility, community hub, café and offices.
October 2017 : Kinning Park redevelopment
We are delighted to be part of the winning team for this exciting project for the redevelopment of Kinning Park Complex, a former school converted in 1976 to form a community centre, following a competitive selection process.
