Celebrating International Women’s day at Armour. Usually over lunch we get to celebrate International Women’s day together with our staff members. This year it is a little different. However, this does not change how proud we are of our female colleagues. We have a very strong team, dedicated and passionate about their work from trainees through to management level.
It is very positive to see the development of females in the construction sector and something we are keen to continue to support.
We are proud that almost a third of our workforce are female, which is significantly higher than the industry average.
