Armour are delighted to be re-appointed as Cost Consultants onto the University of Strathclyde's Consultancy Framework Agreement. This Framework appointment extends our current 12 year relationship with the University of Strathclyde and builds upon our 30 years of continuous service to Clients in the Further Education sector.

Our Aeronautical Project at Ayr College by Taylor Associates Architects was officially opened by Dr Alasdair Allan MSP, Minister for Learning Science and Scotland's Languages, and Angela Constance MSP, Minister for Youth Employment, at a commemorative ceremony held on 7th December 2011. Located in Ayr College’s Dam Park Campus, the new facility offers students a superb learning environment and features an aircraft hangar housing a light aircraft, a flight deck simulator, a wind tunnel and jet engines.

Armours are pleased to have attended the official opening of our most recent Social Housing project at Fore Street, Scotstoun. The 15 unit new build project for Whiteinch & Scotstoun Housing Association was opened by Anita Manning at a ceremony held on 25th November.

Our multi award winning development at Pearce Street in Govan for Bield Housing Association now has four awards to it's name. The most recent success came at the 2011 Glasgow Institute of Architects Design Awards where it was the outright winner in the residential category.
